Aubrey is telling her sister about acne pill. Her sister has acne all over her face. Aubrey pitied her sister and she wants to help her get rid of those stubborn and nasty pimples. She is also teaching her sister about good grooming and to always removes her make-up before going to bed because if not, pimples will surely multiply the next day.
