In Trouble

When I was a teenager, I used to go out with my grandfather a lot. One day, we went to his favorite restaurant in Chinatown to enjoy his favorite lugao. In the middle of the meal, I noticed my grandfather’s hand was strangely dipped in his bowl. He was having a heart attack. In my panic, I tried to wave at the chef to let him know that we needed help. Apparently, he didn’t understand what I was trying to say because he just waved back at me and gave me a big smile.
