Life Is Unpredictable

Jorah was only 38 years old. She was strong, full of life and active in all our office activities. Jorah was the very picture of health. She was also one of my very good friends.

One day, Jorah said that her nape hurt. A quick trip to the clinic revealed that her blood pressure was slightly elevated, nothing to worry about. She went back to her desk and back to work. At 11 p.m., we received a call from Jorah’s sister-in-law. They had rushed Jorah to the hospital because she had collapsed.
