Outstanding Hospitality

My sister’s family once went to Los Angeles for a vacation. They stayed in the home of their household help who left the Philippines because she married an American.

The host took great pains to make her guests feel at home. Aside from vacating the master’s bedroom for them, my sister and her husband were surprised to find their bathroom stocked with the brand of toiletries that they use. Their host also bought Barney videos for my sister’s daughter to watch, knowing that was the child’s favorite. Since their host had previously served them as a household help, she knew exactly what her guests wanted.

Filipinos can be outstanding when it comes to hospitality. We want our guests to feel special and at home.
